“We had an apartment at Labranda Hotel, it was pretty small for three people considering the price we paid. But the rooms were very modern and clean. You pay 40 euros for food and drinks the whole day which seems quite fair to me. Sadly the whirlpool was closed during our stay but there's a small pool to enjoy right next to the cocktail bar. The beach is about a ten minute walk. Overall I would recommend coming here, it's fair to the price you pay.”

“We just had a fantastic week at this hotel. The food was different every meal throughout the week and there were lots of hot options (around 6 fish/meat dishes in the pots with another one of each on the flat top being cooked) everything from chips to lentil soup to goat meat stew... many Canarian favourites on there as well as English dishes. Also there was a pizza station with many types of pizza and a huge salad bar. I am a fussy eater generally but didn't go hungry at all during my stay. Marco was almost always behind the bar serving drinks with a smile (all-inclusive was well worth it!) and the rest of the bar/dining room team were great, so friendly and always taking used plates away quickly to allow a trip to the dessert bar (which was highly stacked with fresh cakes, ice creams and if you wanted a healthier alternative a whole table of fruits!) The rooms were cleaned daily and to a high standard and we had no issues at all in our larger than average apartment for the week. We didn't see much of the entertainment but that which we did looked great, Bryan did a great job of getting people into the daily water-aerobics class and a very fun bingo night. There were also some a couple of great singers in our short week there. We will return, I hope, to this hotel one day as it is such great value for money.”

“All of the staff we met were friendly and helpful. Perhaps a few more staff members would have made for a better dining room and bar service as there just wasn't t enough staff to keep on top of everything. Fruit juice and food platters would empty and weren't replenished. I found the breakfast and lunch buffet to be adequate but ate out each evening as my 15 year old is a vegetarian so the choices available were quite limited. The sun loungers were comfortable and readily available. We weren't offered pool towels and I didn't notice anywhere around the pool for picking any up but as we took our own with us this wasn't a problem. Our room didn't appear to have any accessible electrical sockets, the only place available to plug in a hairdryer or straighteners was in the shaver socket in the bathroom which worked but I don't think that it was designed to accept a converter plug. I would have expected a socket by the mirror in the bedroom but none could be found. The location of the hotel was great for us and we felt safe in the area in the evenings. The hotel supermarket is well stocked and reasonably priced. If you're looking for good value for money rather than luxury this hotel is it.”

“I stayed at this hotel 2 weeks ago!! And I was super satisfied with the overall treatment I received. Firstly the reception staff were amazing from my checking in to my departure. Many thanks to Ramiro, Daniel and especially *Alba*!! And in the recreation, entertainment and pool services department.... *Federico* a super fit and hardworking personality was so receptive and always went out of his way to help me especially and other guests. And of course the restaurant, breakfast and kitchen staff were excellent!! They delivered every breakfast i ordered...and in the evening they served me specifically with satisfaction. Jonathan, Pedro and all of the other staff were a blessing. Overall I will strongly recommend anyone who wants an exceptional time in the Gran Canaria to visit this beautiful hotel.”

He went above and beyond for us, service was amazing. Bar so clean and so friendly. Highly recommend to anyone, thanks for having us Be back soon, thank you”

“we had a lovely stay at Bronze Playa. The staff are friendly and willing to help; the pool/outdoor area is lovely and spacious, with plenty of choice at the bar. Both breakfast and dinner were lovely, with plenty of choice and a different menu each evening. The rooms are a little outdated, particularly the bathrooms, and the towels provided are definitely showing their age! That said, the bed sheets were clean and comfy, and the room is lovely and spacious, with a great balcony! Overall, the hotel is great and would stay again!”

“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, the staff are very friendly especially Tania (waiter) and Riccardo (animator) really lovely hotel and all the staff are super helpful. My only advise coming from somebody who works within the hospitality industry would be: There’s a lack of attention from staff/hotel users when it comes to utilities being used in the restaurant - for somebody like myself who does not eat meat there were people using the utensils for absolutely everything which meant I had to be one of the first in the restaurant to assure the food was not contaminated with meat before I ate it, this also comes in the category for people who have allergies. I feel this area needs a lot more attention. - foods ok just very repetitive! But everything else from the pool area, to the entertainment to the bar were fantastic.”
